Book The Call

You have the leads. You just don't have time to call them.

I call the people already sitting in your CRM, qualify the genuine opportunities and book the right conversations into your diary. You turn up ready to sell.

Three clients at a time. One space open.

Somewhere in your business, there is a list worth calling

Website enquiries that went quiet. Business cards from an event. LinkedIn connections you meant to follow up. People who downloaded something. Prospects who said "not right now" months ago.

They are not dead leads. They are unfinished conversations.

Some will go nowhere. Some may be closer to a decision than the new leads you are paying for today.

The problem is not knowing there may be money in the list. You already know that. The problem is finding two hours a day to work through it, making the fifth attempt when someone has not picked up, and having somebody on the team whose actual job is to keep going.

So the list gets colder while you keep paying for new leads to replace the ones nobody called.

You may not need another list. You may need someone to work the one you already have.

Three ways to put more qualified conversations in your diary

Lead generation

£495 per month

Fresh prospects, carefully chosen.

I identify the buyers you want to reach, then contact them through LinkedIn, InMail and email using my own outreach platform.

No broad blasts. No scraped list of vaguely relevant job titles. Just carefully selected prospects and messages written to start a real conversation.

Full pipeline

£1,295 per month

I find them, follow up and book them.

I build the list, begin the outreach, follow up by phone and book qualified meetings into your diary. You stay focused on delivery and sales. I keep the pipeline moving.

Setup and term. Each package has a one-off £500 setup fee covering list review and cleaning, messaging and campaign build. The minimum term is three months because the first month includes setup, testing and the first conversations.

Cold calling is not the problem. Cold, careless calling is.

Most outreach fails because somebody buys a list, loads a script and prioritises activity over relevance.

I start with the people who already know your name: old enquiries, lapsed clients, event contacts and dormant connections. That makes the conversation warmer and often more productive, without spending another pound to generate the lead.

Only when those existing opportunities have been properly worked do we build a carefully targeted list of new people.

A good fit matters more than a full client list

This is likely to work well if:

  • You sell a substantial service to other businesses.
  • Your average deal is worth several thousand pounds or more.
  • There are genuine opportunities sitting untouched in your CRM.
  • You are confident on a sales call and need somebody to create more of them.

It is probably not right for you if:

  • You need guaranteed results inside the next fortnight.
  • Your margins mean every booked meeting has to convert.
  • You want somebody to read a script at a bought list.

I am not the cheapest option, and I am not trying to be. You are paying for careful judgement, persistent follow-up and conversations that are worth your time.

It will be me on the phone, every time

I'm Rochelle. I have spent over 30 years in B2B sales and lead generation. I also happen to enjoy the part most people avoid: picking up the phone, speaking to a director-level prospect and finding out whether there is a real reason to talk.

I do not hand your account to a junior caller or whoever has a gap in their rota. I learn your offer, use your tone and represent your business as if I were part of the team.

  • I book the meeting.
  • I confirm it.
  • I follow up.

A full diary means very little if nobody turns up, which is why attendance matters as much as the booking.

Strategy and empathy beat volume. That has been true throughout my career, and it matters even more now that so much outreach is being automated into the ground.

What clients say

"Not only a high number of appointments booked, but importantly, the people turn up to the meeting."
I've been working with Rochelle for the last 3 months to assist me in generating appointments from my own database. Rochelle consistently delivers by filling my diary with appointments. I would have no hesitation in recommending Rochelle to any business!

Rochelle is one of my secret weapons in helping me speak to my ideal clients. She does the tasks such as appointment making I just do not have time to do myself. Her results speak for themselves. Not only high number of appointments booked but importantly the people turn up to the meeting.

Three simple steps from dormant list to useful conversation

  1. We look at the opportunity. In a fifteen-minute call, you tell me what you sell, who buys it and what is already sitting in your CRM.
  2. We choose who to call. Old enquiries first, then lapsed clients, event contacts and the other people most likely to have a reason to talk.
  3. I start the conversations. I call, qualify and book. Each meeting arrives with a short note, so you know exactly what you are walking into.

First bookings often land within the first fortnight, depending on the list, the offer and the response rate.

The objections you're already thinking

Old does not automatically mean useless. People change roles. Priorities shift. Budgets appear. A prospect who said no in 2024 may simply have meant not yet. We will review the list first, and I will tell you honestly whether it is worth working.

No. I call as part of your business, using your name and the context behind the contact. The aim is a useful conversation, not a script delivered at speed.

Then I have wasted the very thing you are paying me to protect: your time. I qualify before I book, record what I learn and keep you informed, including when somebody is not a fit.

Most businesses have. The usual problem is that they were sold activity instead of judgement: more dials, more messages and more names. I focus on the people worth speaking to and the conversations worth continuing.

One space open

Your next client may already be in your CRM

Fifteen minutes. No hard sell. We will look at the list, the offer and the numbers. I will tell you honestly whether I think there is anything worth calling.
